You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods. <\/p>\n\n

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Neue Lebensqualit\u00e4t Lager DE, Hauptstr. 1, 23619 Badendorf, Germany, ek@nlq24.de, Phone: 04514891143) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, though this is not required. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https:\/\/shop.nlq24.eu\/de\/vertrag-widerrufen\/. If you use this online feature, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g., via email) containing information about the content of the notice of withdrawal as well as the date and time of its receipt. You may also fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another unambiguous statement electronically on our website at https:\/\/shop.nlq24.eu\/de\/vertrag-widerrufen\/. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g., via email) a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n

In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.<\/p>\n\n

Consequences of revocation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

If you revoke this Agreement, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the date on which we receive notification of your revocation of this Agreement. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse a refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. <\/p>\n\n

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You shall only be liable for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary for testing the nature, properties and functioning of the goods. <\/p>\n\n

You may also use the attached sample cancellation form, although this is not required.<\/p>\n\n

Consequences of revocation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

If you withdraw from this contract, I shall reimburse you all payments I have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the offered, cheapest standard delivery), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which I received the notification of the withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, I will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no case will I be charged any fees for this repayment. I can refuse to refund until I have received the goods back intact or until proof has been provided that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. <\/p>\n\n

You must return or hand over the goods to me without delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify me of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if the goods are shipped before the fourteen-day period expires. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning<\/strong> the goods. <\/p>\n\n

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling by you that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.<\/p>\n\n
