The switch is on the top of the housing.\nImmerse the pH meter electrode in the solution to be tested.\n5 Stir gently and wait until the display remains stable. Now you have the pH value!\n6. switch off the unit again after use.\nClean the electrode again with distilled water. Let it dry and replace the protective cap.\n\n<strong>pH Calibration<\/strong>\nThe device is already calibrated. A new calibration is necessary if the instrument has been exposed to high or strong acid\/base loads for a longer period of time. Therefore it should always be rinsed very well with distilled water after use. If a calibration is necessary, proceed as follows:\n1. create a test solution:\n1 tsp sodium bicarbonate (sodium bicarbonate) per 100 ml. Water. Stir it briefly.\n2. set the unit to &#8220;on&#8221; and immerse up to the max. Measuring depth into the solution. The pH value must now be 8\n. If this is not the case, turn it with the calibration screwdriver to the value 8.0 pH.\n\n<strong>battery change<\/strong>\nWhen the display becomes weak, replace all batteries. To do this, pull the battery compartment out of the device. Observe the polarity when inserting the new batteries.\n\nWarranty (German)\nThe statutory warranty period applies.
