Using the Doser System for Removal and Dosing<\/h2>\n\n

The doser system – clean and loss-free dosing<\/a><\/p>\n\n

With the Doser system you can dose cleanly and accurately as well as remove liquids from glass bottles without loss.<\/p>\n\n

A clean dosage, especially of CDL\/CDS\/CDH is important in order not to have a loss of chlorine dioxide gas<\/strong> by opening the bottle.<\/p>\n\n

The escape is prevented by the plastic insert of the doser system, which is called “doser insert”. This doser insert is pressed into the neck of the glass bottle until it is flush.The knobs ensure that it does not detach from the bottle again.<\/p>\n\n

The Doser insert has only a very small outlet hole, from which hardly any gas comes out. Through this doser insert, the bottle neck is reduced and the matching syringe fits exactly into this plastic part.<\/p>\n\n

The dosing syringe, which fits exactly into the doser insert, is called “doser”.<\/p>\n\n

How to use the Doser system?<\/h2>\n\n

Once the doser insert has been pressed firmly into the bottle with the thumb, it is flush with the surface and ready for removal. This is how I use the Doser system:<\/p>\n\n

  1. Screw on the bottle<\/li>
  2. Press the doser (syringe) firmly into the doser insert (plastic insert).<\/li>
  3. Turn the bottle over.<\/li>
  4. Use the syringe to remove liquid (draw up) and measure it (scale).<\/li>
  5. Close the bottle with lid tightly and use the liquid from the can.<\/li>
  6. After use, rinse the doser with clean water (so that it lasts longer).<\/li><\/ol>\n

    Should the doser ever become stiffer, simply pull the plunger out of the syringe housing and grease the rubber at the lower end with a little cooking oil. Then againSlide in and move up and down a few times. Then it becomes smoother again…<\/p>\n\n

    Different sizes for different bottle neck diameters:<\/h3>\n\n

    The doser system is available for bottles with 28 mm (PP28) and 18 mm (DIN18).<\/p>\n\n

    There is also the “\n Doser System Resistant<\/strong>\n<\/a>“, which is even more resistant to strong liquids.<\/p>\n\n

    By using the doser system, chlorine dioxide solutions (CDS \/ CDL \/ CDH)remain longer durable<\/strong>, as virtually no chlorine dioxide gas can escape.<\/p>\n\n

    The doser system DIN18 <\/a>has a 12 ml syringe, which is also very resistant to many liquids. With the scale you can measure the required quantities even more precisely.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
