This replacement cartridge for the shower filter / bath filter performs two tasks. It effortlessly removes lime, chlorine and other harmful substances from the water in the filter housing. Easy installation:

Changing the replacement cartridge takes only a few moments and does not even require the use of tools. First disconnect the two hoses of the shower from the filter housing.

Then simply unscrew the shower filter by turning it top and bottom in opposite directions. The upper and the lower part then detach from each other. You screw it up and replace the old filter insert with the new replacement cartridge. Now only fix the seal and screw it back together.

Check your water hardness and you know how necessary it is to change the filter insert. This is a cheap and easy test strip possible.

Hardness scale in German degrees:

– 0-4 dH – very soft water

– 5-8 dH – soft water

– 9-12 dH – medium hard water

– 13-18 dH – hard water

– 19 and more – very hard water

For water hardness above 10 dH, softening is recommended to protect water installations, fittings and household appliances.
