It fits into all offered bottles with the size PP28 (28 mm opening diameter),

also on the Miron glass bottles 250, 500 and 1000 ml.

This doser (dosing syringe) is an accurate aid for dosing liquids, such as: CDH, water, juices etc. It is a kind of dosing syringe. This becomes a removal device through a bottle insert, the
doser insert
.

The plunger in the doser is made of PE material. For this Doser there is a small plastic insert, the so-called Doser insert. It can be pressed into bottles of the size of PP28. The Doser on the order hand, fits perfectly into the Doser-insert. So you can use the Doser insert and the pass exact Doser to get LLiquids out of this miron bottles. An this without any loss and very clean. The great thing about this system is that you can measure the liquid at the same time when it is pulled up into the Doser. This allows you to graduate the 10 ml doser. It is divided into 0.5 ml steps. So they can dosemuch more accurately with this than with a measuring cup.

Doser and scale care instructions:

The scale of the Doser 10 ml for 28 mm bottles is applied to the inside of the stamp. If substances are now drawn up and measured with it, residues of these dissolving substances from these, which adhere to the interior of the doser, can lead to the slow dissolution of the scale. For this reason, when using the Doser with such substances, you should rinse it well immediately after use.

The small rubber ring on the stamp in the doser can lose suppleness after a certain period of use.

If the doser becomes sluggish, you can pull the punch completely out of the housing of the doser and wet the rubber sealing ring with a drop of vegetable oil and insert it again. Then move the stamp in the Doser housing

a little back and forth or up and down, then it becomes smooth again.

Should the Doser become difficult to use, simply proceed as follows.
1.) Pull the plunger out of the Doser housing.
2.) Wet the sealing rubber around the plunger with a drop of vegetable oil.
3.) Push the plunger back in and move it up and down a few times. After that, it’s smooth again!

Doser variant:

The doser for 10 ml volume has 13.6 mm diameter and 134 mm length. The graduation can be easily read in 0.5 ml increments.
