The Doser

Doser system.

This STD 28 mm doser system only fits on PP28 bottles, but NOT on the Miron glass bottle 1000 ml.

This doser is an accurate dosing aid for liquids, such as: CDH, water, juices etc. It is a kind of dosing syringe. This is transformed into a removal device by means of a bottle insert, the so-called doser insert. It can be pressed into bottles of the size of PP28. The Doser on the order hand, fits perfectly into the Doser-insert. So you can use the Doser insert and the pass exact Doser to get LLiquids out of this miron bottles. An this without any loss and very clean. The great thing about this system is that you can measure the liquid at the same time as you draw it into the doser. This allows the graduation of the 10 ml doser. It is divided into 0.5 ml steps. So you can dose much more accurately with it than with a measuring cup.

The doser system fits both PP28 glass bottles and PET bottles of this size. The plunger in the doser is made of PE material.

My care TIPP:

If the doser ever becomes difficult to move, simply proceed as follows.
1.) Pull the plunger out of the doser housing.
2.) Wet the rubber seal around the plunger with a drop of vegetable oil.
3.) Slide the plunger back in and move it up and down a few times. After that, it’s smooth again!

Doser variants:

The doser is available with 5 ml or 10 ml volume.

1.) Der Doser für 10 ml Volumen hat 13,6 mm Durchmesser und 134 mm Länge. The graduation can be easily read in 0.5 ml increments.

2.) The doser for 5 ml volume has a diameter of 11 mm and a length of 123 mm. The graduation is divided into 0.1 ml steps. This enables very accurate dosing.

– >Both sizes can be selected with or without Doser insert.

3.) You
can find an even more durable dosing syringe in the doser system with
a 12 ml syringe.

Have you already bought a PP28 bottle? If you want to use the doser for such a bottle, you may need a separate cap. The conical cap, which is used on DMSO and MKB bottles, cannot be used e.g. for doser applications. Here you would need the matching closure PP28 childproof. This can also be selected as an accessory in this product.
