When your tap water flows through the shower filter cartridge, it is passed through the unique combination of the KDF-55 and the ceramic ball filter cartridge. The water is thus freed from chemicals such as chlorine, bacteria, heavy metals and other impurities. This gives you crystal clear shower water.

What is KDF?

It is a high-purity, granulated copper- and zinc-based admixture, i.e. a redox agent. This works with oxidation and ion reduction. The redox process works by the exchange of electrons. This exchange converts many harmful contaminants into harmless additives (such as chlorine to chloride). Other pollutants, such as heavy metals, bind in the KDF agent. It thus reduces or eliminates these substances. The ceramic balls reduce the content of chlorine and thus further improve the effect of the KDF-55. This reduces the amount of chemicals, bacteria and other pollutants that can be found in tap water.
