Your new German honey is a product from Schleswig-Holstein in the Stormarn district. THE honey from the north!

This natural product is created by the incredibly diligent collection work of honey bees. An average of about 20,000 flight missions are needed for a litre of nectar or honeydew. From such a litre you can get about 150 grams of honey. Buy this mineral power that will bring you joy. For this, a bee flies an estimated 40 times into nature. The bees spend an average of 10,000 flight hours on your part. A great performance for your honey.

Ludger Fröhlich is a 20 years young student. He took over beekeeping at the age of 17 from his grandfather, who did it passionately for decades.

His bee colonies are at his home, in the idyllic village of Köthel, which is located in the district of Stormarn.

The current batch of spring flowering can be kept until 03/2023.

In early summer when the canola slowly fades and other valuable flowers flourish,

such as those of the linden trees, the honey becomes more aromatic and darker.

During this period, the honey of the “early summer bloom” is then formed.

The current batch of early summer flowering can be kept until 06/2023.

In late summer, when the late precious flowers flourish, this honey becomes more aromatic and darker, and at the beginning even more liquid.

During this time, the honey of the“late summer bloom” is produced.

The current batch was only filled at the beginning of September 2021 and can be kept until 09/2023.

Ingredients:

Fructose – 40%, glucose – 30% and multiple sugar – 10% water – 17% by-products – 3% enzymes, inhibitors, vitamins, minerals and trace elements, acids, as well as amino acids, proteins and flavourings.

Storage capacity of honey:

You can store your new honey for many years without spoiling it. However, the law requires the affixing of an expiration date, which is indicated above. Store this precious honey in a cool and dark place.
