“Let’s get on with it” despite challenging external circumstances

There are certainly plenty of things going on in the outside world that can drag you down. That’s why it’s important to stay centred and to realise that all of that is merely external. Laozi is said to have remarked: ‘In the world of a thousand things.’ Our strength lies within us. When we remain in harmony, solutions and changes naturally arise. Whilst we do love stability, sometimes change can set things in motion and lead to entirely new possibilities.
That’s why I enjoy being in nature, pausing for a moment and taking time for myself.

Recognising what a ‘time-wasting bank’ is – that is, where you’re supposed to focus your attention on things that aren’t really worth it and are designed to distract you from living and being active. ‘Energy follows attention’ is certainly a fitting saying in this context. The unforgettable film ‘MOMO’ is particularly relevant here. There is a short promotional film (in German) about the Momo Movement. You might find it interesting. There is also a channel on Telegram: momobewegung.

Take care.
Best wishes,
Torben
