How does this cartridge work?

Soft Water Energy uses super-magnetic materials. These magnetic NdFeB materials in the raw material change the structure differently than an ordinary magnetizer. When water flows through the super magnetic field, it accelerates the water flow so that each drop of water is well magnetized. The magnetic field has a field of 9000 Gauss, that is 0.9000 Tesla! This magnetization turns large water molecules into very small ones (microclusters). They then have the ability to better absorb magnetic and other properties. Through the magnetic field, the macromolecular group (H2O) N, it is divided into bi-molecular (H2O) 2 or into a single molecule H2O. Magnetic force can activate water molecules. This highly energetic magnetizer is usually installed at the main water connection, i.e. basically before all appliances that use water. Even a short-term and simple installation in front of shower heads/taps is possible, which usually have a connection measure of0.5 inches. The following initial experiences were made/reported:
