This CDH3000 LONG chlorine dioxide solution (CDL) consists of 2 components and is unactivated at the time of purchase. This makes this shelf life for years until the day of activation!
PUT TOGETHER FOR YOU:
You get a great Storage bottle with 2 dosers for 1000 ml CDH3000. Optimal for prolonged well-established use.
This is because the doser can become more sluggish with prolonged use. Therefore, for longer use you get the same 2 Doser (dosing syringes).
Also included is a 250 ml Doser System bottle with Doser insert, into which you can transfer part of your activated CDH. This 250 ml bottle is very handy to use. A refilling should only take place if the bottle from which the CDH is to be taken has previously been cooled down in the refrigerator. The background is that not so much chlorine dioxide gas escapes during refilling. With cooled CDH solution, the chlorine dioxide gas is predominantly bound in the water, while with a warm solution it has the urge to disperse into the air.
Here you can find an additional suitablen Funnel . If you do not cool the activated CDH beforehand, decanting should take place in a well-ventilated room.
Practically activated:
The activator is in a small shatterproof squeeze bottle and has a small protruding tube. After opening both bottles, squeeze the activator from the squeeze bottle directly into the stock solution. The stock solution is then sealed with the lid and now activates over 6 -12 hours, depending on the temperature.
Perfect mixture:
The components are exactly matched to each other and calculated so that you get a perfect chlorine dioxide solution (CDS).< 0,3 %.
Contents of the set:
Stock solution: Sodium chlorite solution 1.8%, diluted from a sodium chlorite solution 25%. It has no technical or industrial quality. Activator: Hydrochloric acid 4% in shatterproof PP squeeze bottle. Additional: 1 Doser system bottle for 250 ml with 2 Doser (dosing syringes)
Use of CDH3000 LONG chlorine dioxide solution (CDL) unactivated:
After activation, chlorine dioxide gas is present above the mixture. This gas is decisive for the disinfection effect and colours the stock solution yellowish. It should not be inhaled .
Use CDH3000 carefully and always read the label and product information before use.
