Many people know that Paypal payments are more transparent than bank transfers. Nevertheless, many people continue to use this payment method. And when I look at the fact that the banks have had to complicate their online banking with additional “security tools”, one could assume that this is intentional in order to push bank transfers even further back and thus generate even more money. It is the convenience or the complication that is obviously at work here. If you want to make it completely transparent, you can switch to cash payment by letter in my store. And this is becoming increasingly popular. Most bank transfers don’t cost anyone extra money. But Paypal does to the retailer. Therefore, the prices for these payment methods, as well as card payments, should be higher. After all, the merchant is left with less. In restaurants, when some small amounts are also paid by card and the merchant has to pay something for this, it becomes extremely visible. Nevertheless, they don’t dare to charge a surcharge, even though people who pay cash basically have to pay more in order to pay for other customers’ chargeable payments. And this in itself is not fair. So cash payers should get a discount, right?
I even pass on the savings from the advance payment when I make a flash purchase.
There is a lot to question.
