If you have transferred to an old other account, please check whether the payment has been refunded to you. Because then your score would still be open. However, I have written to everyone who could be affected by this topic.
Sometimes, however, messages from emails end up in the spam folder, which some people don’t check. When you place orders with me, you will always receive emails. So if you don’t get an email, something is wrong. In such a case, please contact me.
